Friday night’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Atlanta showcased a mix of drama and excitement. A caution-filled race was interrupted by a lengthy delay due to lightning near the track. Despite a spin early in the race, Nick Sanchez persevered to claim his first career Xfinity win in his 25th start.
Sanchez faced tough competition, falling to third on the final restart before regaining the lead with a strong performance. Carson Kvapil secured second place, while Sam Mayer finished third. The top five was completed by Connor Zilisch and Taylor Gray, with notable finishes by Jesse Love, Aric Almirola, and others in the top ten.
